Boss' temper puts employee on edge

Q. I never want to leave my company because I don't think I couldever find anyone as nice to work for as my boss or a job that pays aswell. The problem I am facing has to do with my boss' boss. I havehad several run-ins with him because of his temper. On severaloccasions he has verbally badgered me. When he is upset, his tone ofvoice and language are very upsetting, and a couple of times when hebadgered me I lost control and began to cry. I don't deserve thistype of treatment and do not appreciate being humiliated in front ofmy fellow employees.
